Practicing Reflexology and Massage Since 2006 Kate furthered her interest in healthcare by completing a Herbal Medicine BSc.

 

She now combines clinical practice with herb walks and workshops to share information and help people to make empowered choices about their health.

 

Kate draws on her breadth of experience for an integrative and supportive approach. Her particular interests are in two main areas, helping the body to resist and recover from stress and care for mothers postpartum.
