Stretching not quite hitting the mark?
Deep soft tissue treatment can be effective in releasing muscle tension to superficial and deep calf muscles while benefiting joint movement in your ankles/ knees/ hips and beyond.
One of my favourite post run stretches is the simple sitting squat - this position can increase ankle mobility, ease low back pain, strengthen hips and help correct postural imbalances.
